ROOTS- Intro to CrossFit
Always wanted to try CrossFit but wasn't sure where to start? Now is your chance!
March ROOTS is a 2 week Intro to CrossFit program. Class meets 3 times per week for 2 week, 1hr. each class. ROOTS introduces you to the basic movements and workout styles used in CrossFit. This is the perfect program for anyone new to CrossFit or who wants to slowly ease intro working out.
March 20th & 22nd @ 6:30pm
March 25th @ 10:00am
March 27th & 29th @ 6:30pm
April 1st @ Noon
